WindAdvisoryThe National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a Wind Advisory which is in effect from 11 a.m. this morning until 8 p.m. this evening.

Strong winds of 20 to 30 MPH from the west with frequent gusts to 45 MPH are expected late this morning and into the afternoon.

The impacts from these strong winds could include scattered tree and power line damage and unsecured objects will be blown around. Driving will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north-south oriented roads.

Some of the counties included in the advisory area are: LaPorte, St Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Fulton, Kosciusko, Pulaski and Starke.
