Marshall County EMA Director, Clyde Avery is warning citizens of the possibility of significant snow accumulation with blowing and drifting snow. Snow is expected over northwest Indiana Saturday and Saturday night.
Snow accumulations over the rest of the area will be lighter Saturday and Saturday night but some areas of blowing and drifting snow and hazardous driving conditions are possible.
Wind chills of -10 to -30 are expected Saturday night and Sunday.
If possible, bring your pets indoors. If it’s not possible, be sure to provide them with adequate shelter and dry bedding.
