Jesse Bohannon announced through Facebook Tuesday evening his intentions to apply this week for the open position on the Bremen School Board.
In his post he said, “The great public encouragement I received following this spring’s primary election has led me to offer my service to our community on the Bremen board of school trustees.”
Bohannon will be applying to fill the remaining term of Jill Hassel.
He also plans to be on the ballot this fall seeking your approval to serve a full term on the Bremen School Board.
Jesse said, “I have often said the local school is the very heart of a community. Nowhere is that more true than in Bremen. Our school has a long set a standard for excellence in academics, athletics and overall student experience. That legacy has continued for generations, and is worthy of preservation.”
Using the same slogan he did when running for the republican nomination for State Senator Bohannon said, “ As always, I remain committed to be YOUR representative. That means I will always be available to you at 220-8809 and jesse@jesse4in.com”
