An officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on State Road 331 near 5th Road on Wednesday June 29, at approximately 9:15 in the evening.
The driver, 39 year old Paul Adams of Winona Lake was subsequently arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Heroin.
Mr. Adams is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond.
