One of Plymouth’s most iconic landmarks will be changing hands next year thanks to a generous donation from a local couple. The Rees Theater, built in 1939, has sat idle for the last several years but with a gift from local business owners Randy and Eleanor Kacmar-Danielson, Wythougan Valley Preservation has entered into a purchase agreement with current owners Jim and Judy Vinall and Brian and Lori VanDyne. Wythougan, a Marshall County-based preservation non-profit, will be forming a project committee and immediately begin seeking support for rehabilitation.
A press conference will be held on December 29 where more information will be made available
