ArrestedBourbon Police were called to the area of 103 East Pine Street at 11:45 Friday night April 29 for a report of gun shots.

Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger responded and found the residence had been vandalized and shot at by individuals who had left the area.

The victims of the residence gave officers descriptions of vehicles the suspects were driving. The victims were home at the time the shots were fired and the home was vandalized.

Officers locate the suspect vehicle a short time later.  It was occupied by 18 year old Dakota Ross and a male juvenile. Both were brought to the Bourbon Police Department for questioning.

After statements were taken by the victims and suspects, Ross was arrested on an initial charge of burglary with injury and the juvenile was referred to the juvenile probation department. Ross has an upcoming court date and a bond of $20,000.
