The request for a vin check at a local business ends with the arrest of two and two children being place with the Division of Child Services.

Monday afternoon Marshall County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant was dispatched to Lyons Towing on West Jefferson Street by a patron wanting a vin check on a vehicle.

During the check the officer detected the smell of raw Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.  A search located the Marijuana in the vehicle.

MugShot_Isaac Hughes-Allen31 year old Isaac Hughes-Allen of Chicago were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were booked on $1,500 cash bonds. Two young children in the vehicle were placed with Division of Child Services.

Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department assisted in the investigation.
