Casey's_1Monday evening about 8:15 Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to Martins Supermarket on East Jefferson Street where an off duty police officer was in a foot pursuit with a theft suspect.

The suspect, 26 year old Michael Pinkerton of Rochester was located at inside a black passenger car Casey’s General Store. Officers saw in plain view items associated with the manufacture of meth.

Casey's_2Through the investigation it was discovered that the subjects in the vehicle were in possession of precursors with intent to manufacture, possession of meth and the possession of an illegal drug lab. Theft, Possesion of Methamphetamine, Possession of two or more Chemical Reagents with the Intent to Manufacture and Resisting Law Enforcement. His cash bond was set at $3,000.

Also arrested was 20 year old Tanner Miller of Bourbon for Theft and Possessing 10 grams or more of Pseudo-ephedrine. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Casey's_319 year old David W. McConnell II from Etna Green was arrested for Possessing 10 grams or more of Pseudo-ephedrine. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
