26 year old Timothy Abair of Plymouth was arrested by Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department on Tuesday afternoon about 2:30. Abair had an active warrant through Marshall County for Contempt of Court. Officer Workman observed Tim Abair at the Family Express at Jefferson and Oak Drive and took him into custody without incident.
Abair was booked into the county jail and held on a $900 cash bond.
