On Friday, February 26, at approximately 12:09 a.m. 20 year old Luis Valdez Alfaro of Plymouth was arrested by County Police for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia following a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the Mayflower in Plymouth.
