MugShot_Timothy ApplegateOn Friday afternoon, August 12, Officer Les McFarland with the Marshall County Police Department arrested 34 year old Timothy D. Applegate of New Carlisle for age Driving While Suspended, prior offense.

 

During routine patrol Officer McFarland found that the license plate on a vehicle was expired. During the stop it was suspected that Applegate was operating while intoxicated on a controlled substance.

 

Applegate was transported to a hospital for a chemical test, arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance and Driving While Suspended with a prior.

 

The bond for Timothy Applegate was set at $1,500.00 cash.
