Plymouth Police cargos man was arrested Tuesday morning after Plymouth Police were called to a disturbance at 1117 North Walnut Street about 6:15.

Officer Gary Cleveland arrived on the scene and was told the suspect had walked north from the area. He located the suspect, 19 year old Chase Thomas in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot and conducted a brief investigation that determined his involvement in the disturbance.

Thomas was found to be under the influence of alcohol and as officers attempted to place him under arrest he ran but was apprehended a short time later.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Minor Consuming and Resisting Law Enforcement.
