On Thursday morning, April 7th at approximately 1:30 a county police officer arrested a South Bend man after observing his driving on expired plates.
47 year old Joseph Cataldo was arrested following a traffic stop on US 31 near 11th Road and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving while suspended-prior.
