Driving While Suspended landed a Bremen woman in the Marshall County Jail last Wednesday. 31 year old Abbi Layne Smith-Over was arrested by Bremen police following a traffic stop at Washington and South Streets at 12:30 Wednesday afternoon. Smith-Over was transported to the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.
Thursday evening about 6:30 a Bremen Officer stopped a vehicle in the Woodies Parking lot. The driver, 19 year old Jasmine Wynne of South Bend was arrested for Operator Never Licensed with a prior charge, Driving While Suspended with a prior charge and an active Warrant through Elkhart County.
Bremen Officer Wes Atkins stopped a vehicle at State Road 331 and 2B Road Thursday night just after 10. The driver, 26 year old Mychal Loper of Etna Green was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior Charge.
Friday night about 7:30 Officer Stouder from the Bremen Police Department arrested 23 year old Tiffany Zielinski of Peru at US 6 and State Road 331. Zielinski was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
