Just after midnight on Friday, June 3rd, a Marshall County Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a blue 2008 Ford passenger vehicle in the area of US 31 and 19th Road for an equipment violation.
The driver of the vehicle, 23 year old Haley A. Townsend of Battle Creek, Michigan, was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. She was taken to the Marshall County Jail. She was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
