mugshot_samuel-thomasThursday night, December 29, at approximately 11:35 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near State Road 10 for a speeding violation.

During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver, 20 year old Samuel D. Thomas of Bloomington was in possession of marijuana. He was subsequently arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.  He is being held on a $500 cash bond.
