BourbonPoliceSunday morning Jason Siegel was at the Freedom Express on West Center Street in Bourbon getting fuel when Ronald Lund blocked him in at the pumps and allegedly displayed a handgun and threatened to do harm to him.

Lund told Bourbon Police Chief, William Martin that he was able to back out and left with Ronald Lund pursuing after him.  Lund followed Siegel drove home and Lund stopped at Liberty and Thompson Streets and yelled threats.

Chief Martin located Ronald Lung in the parking lot of a local business.  The handgun was in plain view on the passenger seat.  During the investigation is was determined the weapon was a Ruger P345 replica BB gun.

Lund was arrested for intimidation  and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
