Bourbon Police Officer arrests Lisa K. Osmon of Walkerton about midnight Tuesday following a traffic stop at US 30 and Fir Road.
Officer Matt Geiger was notified of a possible intoxicated driver on US 30 in the area of Cedar Road. The officer located the suspect vehicle and found the driver 55 year old Lisa Osmon to be impaired.
Osmon was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for tests which found her Blood Alcohol Content to be .15%. She was then transported to the marshall County Jail on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
