MugShot_Thomas LizziOn Sunday, September 11, at approximately 8:30 in the morning, Officer Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling 88 mph in a 60 mph zone on US 31 at 14C Road.

During the traffic stop, it was suspected that the driver, 23 year old Thomas A. Lizzi of Bremen was intoxicated.

Mr. Lizzi was transported to St. Joseph Regional Hospital for a chemical test and then to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated. This bond was set a $1,500.0 0 cash.
