MugShot_Tracy BalsleySunday evening about 7:30 Marshall County Police responded to a 4-Wheel crash in the area of Fir and 6th Road resulting in the arrest of a Bremen man.

The driver of the 4-wheeler was ejected from the vehicle when a maroon pick-u truck forced the vehicle off the roadway. Following the incident the truck fled the area and police began a search for it.

The unnamed driver of the four-wheeler was transported to Bremen Hospital for medical treatment.

After investigating the incident further, Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputies determined the driver of the maroon truck to be 50 year old Tracy A. Balsley of Bremen.

Balsley was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Failure to Stop After Accident Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.
