Bremen Police Chief, Keith Kile released his department’s activity report for June 24th through June 30th.

 

Bremen officers issued a total of 76 traffic warning during the reporting period and 24 citations.

 

Bremen_Police_black SUVTwo property damage accidents were investigated, one at the intersection of Bowen and Dewy Streets and the other in the 400 block of North Bowen.

 

Bremen officers also made three arrests in the reporting period. On June 24th Austin Rhodes of Mishawaka was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. On June 25th Ashley Alexander of Mishawaka was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Operator Never Licensed and on June 27th Corey Kline of Bremen was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior.

 

It was a busy time for Bremen Fire. On the 26th they responded to 515 Whitlock for a general fire alarm. On the 27th there were two calls, a personal injury accident at 2162 US 6 and a general fire alarm at 215 West Sherman. A gas line issues sent the Bremen Fire Department to 6951 First Road and on the 30th firefighters were dispatched to a hay bailer on fire at Plymouth/Goshen Trail and Beech Road. Their final call on the 30th was for a major gas leak at Bowen Avenue and Plymouth Street.

 

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
