en woman was arrested Tuesday evening about 6:15.
Officer Matt Schniable arrested 31 year old Kaci Disher in the 300 block of West Grant Street for Possession of Heroin and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe.
Disher was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
