On Sunday, May 1st, at approximately 12:49 AM, County Police Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop on a 2002 Chrysler passenger vehicle in the area of Oak Road and US 6.
A witness had called the dispatch center saying the vehicle was all over the roadway. Officer Wozniak followed the vehicle from LaPaz and witnessed the vehicle crossing the fog line and center dividing line. The driver, 42 year old Rick W Brown of Plymouth was found to be Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and having an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle.
Brown was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
