MugShot_Nathan CarverOfficer Laffoon from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop Sunday morning May 29th about 4:15 on U.S. 30 near West County Line Road.

Prior to the stop he had observed the vehicle driving erratically.

During the traffic stop the driver, 25 year old Nathan M. Carver of Plymouth was detained at the scene. Mr. Carver was eventually transported to St. Joseph Medical Center in Plymouth for a certified chemical test and later lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating a vehicle Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
