MugShot_Romal JenkinsA traffic stop by County Police Officer Wozniak Sunday, March 6th ended with the arrest of a Chicago man.

About 2:00 AM, Officer Wozniak stopped a black 2009 Dodge Caliber on US 30 near Iris Road. A backseat passenger, 37 year old Romal Phillip Jenkins was found to have a warrant through Allen County. He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail for a hold. Upon a search of his person in the jail, a substance believed to cocaine packaged for distribution was located. He was booked and processed for possession of cocaine and dealing a schedule I-III substance.
