DAC Enterprise

Monday evening the Plymouth Common Council conducted a public hearing on the tax abatement request of DAC Enterprise.

DAC Enterprise is seeking a 7 year real property abatement for a 60 by 64 foot expansion to the east side of the existing building at 400 Lake Avenue.

Owner, Dennis Cripe told members that he plans to expand his warehouse capacity for the manufacturing and distribution of garage doors with the $83,500 project.

The new building will allow Cripe to keep the 6 existing employees he currently has and to hire one or two additional ones.

The Common Council also passes a resolution confirming the designation of the property at 400 Lake Avenue to be within an Economic Revitalization Area.
