The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning starting at 9 a.m. for their regular meeting and the 2017 Budget Adoption.
Under regular council business is the consideration of the non-compliance tax abatement request of Faulkner Fabrication, the request to appropriate funding for the move of the County Health Department to the Community Resource Center and the build-out costs along with personnel committee recommendations for the secretary in probation and deputy for the Auditor.
About 10 the County Council will consider a resolution for Homestead Dairy for a tax abatement for personal and real property for a $14 million project.
The council will then begin the day long process of whittling down $1.4 million out of the budget requests for next year.
