MugShot_Daniel Troeger (1)Early Thursday morning, November 10, at approximately 12:35 an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near 11th Road.

During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 20 year old Daniel Troeger of South Bend was impaired. He was subsequently arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated Controlled Substance.

MugShot_Anthony Piraccini21 year old Anthony Piraccini of Mishawaka were also arrested. Both were charged with Possession of Marijuana and Mr. Dalton was also charged with Possession of a fraudulent government ID.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
