On Thursday July 21, shortly after 10:00 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on 3rd Road east of West Shore Drive near Lake of the Woods. During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 51 year old Tracy Adams of Bremen was intoxicated. He was transported for a certified test then lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Charge and Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC greater than .15%.
