Officer Nick Laffoon form the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop Sunday night July 24th, at approximately 10:35 on a vehicle on U.S. 30 near Iris Road.
During the traffic stop it was learned that the driver, 28 yaer old Saul Pinzon-Beade of South Bend had never obtained a drivers license. Mr. Pinzon-Beade was arrested at the scene and transported to the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
