Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser arrested 23 year old Sean Critchlow of Plymouth Wednesday afternoon about 4:45 on a warrant. Critchlow turned himself in at the Plymouth Police Department.
He was held with no bond in the Marshall County Jail with no bond on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
