Thursday evening Officer Shanna Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Centennial Park. She located 18 year old Roman Vantwoud of Culver and arrested him for filing a false police report, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and minor consumption of alcohol.
Vantwoud was booked into the Marshall County Jail and given an August 23rd court date for his initial hearing in Superior Court.
