MugShot_David BurnettMarshall County Deputy Wozniak stopped a vehicle on US 31 in the area of 9A Road Tuesday morning about 12:30.  The driver, 60 year old David Edward Burnett of South Bend was found to be operating a vehicle on a suspended driver`s license with a prior charge.

During the investigation it was also learned that Mr. Burnett had an active warrant through Tipton County for driving while suspended. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,500 cash bond and given a July 19th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
