voter_registrationWith just a couple of days left to register for the May primary election, Marshall County officials say they have not seen an uptick in activity at the office.

Officials are reminding residents they have through Monday, April 4th to register for the May 3rd primary, in which several county offices are on the line as well as the Presidential race.

The Marshall County Voter Registration office is on the first floor of the Court House in Plymouth. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

To register, one must have lived at their current address for 30 days before the election, be a U.S. citizen and be at least 18.

Anyone with a valid Indiana driver’s license or ID card can register online at www.indianavoters.com until midnight April 4.

People can also register by mail. Mailed voter registration forms, which are available on the county’s voter registration website, must be postmarked by April 4.

People can also register to vote at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
