Members of the Marshall County Drainage Board meet at 8:30 this morning in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. Agenda for the meeting includes a public hearing on the reconstruction of the Frank Woods Tile.
Oasis is seeking a variance to allow a storm water detention pond within 75 feet of the drain right-of-way on the Newcomb Eisenhour Ditch.
John McGovern is seeking guidance and advice for an issue on the Peter Sarber Ditch. The property owner has experienced an issue with his neighbor who leveled part of the ditch bank and McGovern believes the water damage he’s experienced in the August storms was from the neighbor’s actions.
The drainage board meeting is open to the public.
