On Sunday, January 17th, at approximately 3:40 AM, Marshall County Officers were dispatched to the area of Rose and Sycamore Roads in reference to a male passed out in the driver seat of a vehicle.
Officer found the driver, 53 year old Garry Tipton of LaPorte in the vehicle. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a prior conviction and held on $1,505 cash bond.
