44 year old Hernandez Perez of Argos was arrested early Wednesday morning by Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper.
After seeing Perez drive left of center Officer Stamper stopped the vehicle at Jim Nelson Drive and Oakhill Avenue. During the traffic stop it was found that the Perez was Operating a Vehicle Without ever having received A driver’s License.
He was transported to Marshall County Jail.
