Santiago Escobar of Plymouth was arrested Sunday morning about 1:30 following a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Skylane Drive.
City Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation and found Mr. Escobar to the Operating While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond until Sunday afternoon at 1 when his bond was paid. Escobar is scheduled for March 22nd in Marshall Superior Court II.
