Marshall County Police are investigating a terrible accident that occurred Tuesday night about 8:30 on US 6 at Quince Road. It claimed the life of a young woman who police have not yet identified but family members have. John Glenn High School junior, Christina Moren was killed in the crash.
Police believe she lost control of the SUV she was driving and hit a fence and a tree. The vehicle caught on fire and the female was trapped inside. Officers arriving on the scene were unable get her out of the vehicle.
Traffic on US 6 was stopped for several hours.
