A fatal crash between a semi and car on US 6 closed the state highway for hours Thursday night.
Although no details are being released, the Indiana State Police confirm that the driver of the car was killed in the head on crash, west of Bremen.
Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger confirmed that 23 year old Skylar Evans of Plymouth was the driver of the car and died at the scene of injuries sustained in the crash near Sprig O Mint Golf Course.
The driver of the semi was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for a chemical test, which is normal procedure in a fatal accident.
Traffic in both directions of US 6 was stopped for several hours to allow ISP Crash Re-constructionist to investigate the accident.
