The driver, 35 year old Jeremiah Hobbs of Fort Wayne was found to be operating a vehicle on an expired learners permit which was also suspended-prior.
Hobbs was booked in to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle Without ever receiving a License and Driving While Suspended with a prior charge and held on at $1,500 cash bond.
