County Police arrested 35 year old Philip Rayon Tate of Fort Wayne Saturday on multiple charges including Intimidation.
At approximately 9:25 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested Tate for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of greater than .15%, and Intimidation following a traffic stop for a moving violation on US 30 near Pioneer Drive.
