Marshall County Police arrested 19 year old Richard Gonzalez-Lara of Georgia for possession of controlled substances with our a doctor’s prescription.
About 5:30 Thursday morning an officer with the County Police Department arrested Mr. Lara for Possession of Controlled Substance without a doctor’s order following a traffic stop on US 31 near 11th Road.
