Friday afternoon about 3:30 Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre stopped a vehicle at Jefferson and Walnut Streets for a traffic violation.
The driver, 53 year old Micheal Gooddard of Plymouth was found to have an active warrant for Failure to Appear. He was taken into custody, lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond.
