A complaint of an intoxicated person sent Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch to 211 East Garro Street about 10:15 Saturday night.
Officer Deisch eventually located 40 year old Eric D. Goodrich and arrested him for Public Intoxication on a $1,000 cash bond.
