Friday evening about 5:45 officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Walmart for a theft.
The suspect was able to get away but was located about 8:15 that evwning walking near Aldi’s. He fled from police and was chased into the Bob Evan’s restroom where he was taken into custody without incident.
Identified as 34 year old Nathan John Dymond of Grand Rapids. Dymond was checked at the Saint Joseph Hospital ER and then lodged at the Marshall County Jail for theft and resisting law enforcement.
