Marshall County Police Officer Les McFarland conducted a traffic stop on Saturday, May 21 at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Union Road north of 9B Road.
37 year old Jeremy J. Lowe of Monterey was found to be a Habitual Traffic Violator. Lowe was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
