news handcuffOn Thursday, September 8th officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 1326 West Madison Street for the report of an argument in progress.

Officers arrived on the scene and found 44 year old James Hagood of the Madison Street address holding a metal pipe yelling at several subjects.

Mr. Hagood was not complying with officer’s commands and was struck by a taser.   He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Battery with a deadly weapon, Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication.
