auto theftA LaPaz man was arrested Friday evening for Auto Theft and Criminal Trespass.

Around 5 Friday evening May 20th the Marshall County Dispatch Center    received a call from a Bremen resident on 1st Road saying an unknown male subject was on his property attempting to steal his truck.   After a short verbal altercation between the two parties, the male subject fled into the woods on foot heading toward US Highway 6.

MugShot_Justin HainingOfficers from the Marshall County Police Department and Bremen Police Department began a search into the woods.  26 year old Justin Haining of LaPaz was apprehended and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Auto Theft and Criminal Trespass with a $1,500 cash bond.
