Officer Trent Stouder with the Bremen Police Department arrested a Bremen woman on Saturday night following a traffic stop at Plymouth and Whitlock Streets.
29 year old Adriana Halstead was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, OWI on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia and Operating on a Suspended License with a prior charge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
